01Who we are
In|Between is a design-education business run by Inbetween, based in Mumbai, India. We sell digital downloads (PDF courses and Figma templates) at inbetween.work.

02What we collect
Only what we need to sell you a file, deliver it and answer your questions:
- Name and email address, when you buy, ask for the checklist, or write to us.
- Purchase details such as product, price, order ID, date and billing details for GST, collected by Dodo Payments when you buy.
- Checklist and newsletter requests: the email address you send them from.
- Messages you send us.
03Why we use it
- To deliver what you bought and make sure you get your invoice.
- To answer your questions.
- To send the checklist and the newsletter, only if you asked for them.
- To keep the records Indian tax law requires.
We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't build advertising profiles.
04Payments
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which sells our products as merchant of record. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank details. We only receive confirmation that the payment went through, with the order details.

Each gets only the data it needs for its job. Some may store data outside India.
07How long we keep it
- Purchase records: as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 5 working days.
- Support emails: 12 months after your question is resolved.
- Analytics, if we add them: aggregated, kept for up to 5 years.
08Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it (unless the law requires us to keep it), withdraw consent at any time, nominate someone to act for you, and have a complaint handled. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Write to sud@inbetween.work. We reply within 5 working days.
09Unsubscribing
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, or you can reply and ask. You're removed and your data deleted within 5 working days.
10Children
Our products are for working designers and not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect children's data; if you think we have, tell us and we'll delete it.
11Changes
If this policy changes significantly, we'll email customers and subscribers before it takes effect.
