These terms apply when you use inbetween.work or buy from In|Between, operated by Inbetween, Mumbai, India. By buying or using a product, you agree to them.
02What we sell
Digital files: PDF documents and Figma files. Nothing is shipped. Each product page describes what's in the bundle. Figma files need a Figma account; a free one is enough unless stated.
03Pricing and tax
Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added at checkout. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Price changes never affect orders already paid for.
04Buying
Purchases go through Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record. Dodo Payments' buyer terms also apply to checkout, payment and refunds. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds.
05Delivery and refunds
Files are delivered instantly by download link and email. Refunds work as described on the refunds page.
06Ownership
Everything we sell and publish belongs to In|Between. You buy a personal licence to use it, as set out on the licence page. Ownership stays with In|Between.
07Acceptable use
- Don't resell, share or publish our files, in full or in part, changed or not.
- Don't upload them to marketplaces, file-sharing sites or shared libraries.
- Don't present our courses or frameworks as your own product.
- Don't try to break or overload the site.
08No guarantees of results
Our courses teach methods that work in practice. What happens next depends on you, your employer, your clients and the market. We don't guarantee jobs, promotions, clients or income.
09Limitation of liability
To the extent Indian law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to what you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
